an User Account with Pine Labs Private Limited, You are stating that You are Eligible to be a Customer with Us and
that You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions of Service ("T&Cs"),
which are not subject to negotiation.
These T&Cs, read together with the privacy policy located at www.pineperks.in (“ Privacy Policy”) constitute a legal
and binding agreement (“ Agreement”) between you and Pine Labs Private Limited (“ Pine Labs”) providing, inter alia,
the terms that govern your access and use of Pine Labs’ online portal at www.pinelabs.com (“ Portal”). Please read
the terms of this Agreement carefully before agreeingto it.
Please go through these terms carefully. It is important that you spend time reading the terms as they constitute a
legal agreement ("Agreement") between / (the "Website" or "Site") and
A holder of a Pine Labs PPI instrument ("Holder(s)", "you" or "User");
An internet surfer ("you" or "User").
This Agreement is published in compliance of, and is governed by the provisions of Indian law, but not limited to:
the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“ IT Act”);
the rules, regulations, guidelines and clarifications framed under the IT Act, including the Information Technology
(Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (“ SPI Rules”); and
the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 (the “ IG Rules”).
This document is an electronic record in terms of the IT Act and generated by a computer system and does not require
any physical or digital signatures. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the IG
Rules that provide for the due diligence to be exercised by the Website.
Pine Labs Private Limited ("Pine Perks" "we" or "us", which also includes its affiliates) is an authorized payment
and settlement system under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. We issue prepaid payment instruments such
as gift cards, Small PPI's and Full KYC PPI'S etc. to Pine Labs PPI holders on which they can load and transfer
funds in Indian Rupees within India to make purchases or avail of certain financial services ("Service(s)"). Pine
Perks has its registered office situated at 207, Gupta Arcade, Plot No. 5, L.S.C Mayur Vihar, Phase -1 Extension,
Delhi - 110091, India and headquartered at Candor Tech Space, 4th & 5th Floor, Tower 6, Plot No. B2, Sector 62,
Noida, U.P.-201301. We have our team of employees and authorized representatives (herein after referred as "Team").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") including our Privacy Policy define the terms and conditions under which you're allowed
to use the Website and how we'll treat your account and Pine Labs PPI while you are a User. If you have any

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-PAID INSTRUMENTS
These Terms (as defined hereinafter) shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and shall be applicable to the Pine
Labs PPI issued by Pine Perks unless the Terms conflict with the Pine Labs PPI Terms stated herein below in which
case the Terms shall prevail:
Definitions
Unless indicated otherwise the capitalized terms listed below shall have the following meanings:
“Small PPI” means the Pine Labs PPI used by the User for Transactions of up to INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand
only). The Pine Labs PPI being granted to the User on provision of certain minimum details including mobile number
verified with one-time pin (OTP) and self-declaration of name and unique identification number of any of the
'officially valid documents' defined under Rule 2(d) of the Prevention of Money Laundering Rules, 2005 such as
passport, driving license, voters' ID, etc.
“Full KYC PPI” means the Pine Labs PPI availed by the User for Transactions up to INR 2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh
only) subject to their submission of the relevant KYC documents that are verified and approved by Pine Perks. The
User may choose to either upgrade to the Full KYC PPI or opt for the same at the time of registration.
“Charge(s)” or “Service Charges” shall mean the charges which Pine Perks may levy upon the Customer in consideration
for subscribing to the Pine Labs PPI.
“Gift Instruments” shall mean the gift cards issued as a part of the Pine Labs PPIs at the request of the User.
“KYC” stands for Know your Customer and refers to the various norms, rules, laws and statutes issued by RBI from
time to time under which Pine Perks is required to procure personal identification details from the User before any
services can be delivered and/or the account shall be opened by Pine Perks issued to the User. KYC documents may be
required by Pine Perks from the User at the time of registration and/or on a later date and/or from time to time,
for availing and/or continuation of the account.
“Merchant Establishment” shall mean outlets that have been authorized by Pine Perks to accept payments using the
Pine Labs PPI instrument including both physical merchants and remote/online merchants.
“RBI” means the Reserve Bank of India.
“Services” shall mean the services provided by Pine Perks, subject to applicable regulations, viz.: (a) Small PPI
and (b) Full KYC PPI (c) Gift PPI (each, a “Pine Labs PPI's”)
“Transaction” means the purchase of goods or services at Merchant Establishments or transfer of money to the Pine
Lab's Full KYC PPI.
“PPI Terms” shall mean the terms and conditions in relation to the use of Pine Labs PPIs set out herein.
No Transactions Without KYC
There shall be no Transactions without compliance with KYC requirements. the User understands and agrees that Pine
Perks reserves the right to take all steps necessary to ensure compliance with all applicable KYC and legal
requirements. Pine Perks may require the User to submit all requisite KYC related information at the time of the
User's access to the Services and/or a later date, for availing and/or continuation of the Pine Labs PPI.
Pine Perks' Right to Discontinue
The User acknowledges that Pine Perks has the right to discontinue the Services or reject applications for Pine Labs
PPI at any time:
If the information and supporting documents provided by the User bear discrepancies; or
for any suspected violation of the rules, regulations, orders, directions, notifications issued by RBI from time to
time or for any violation of these Terms or any law for the time being in force; or
to combat potential fraud, sabotage, wilful destruction, threat to national security or for any other force majeure
event;
if Pine Perks believes, in its reasonable opinion, that cessation/suspension is necessary for any other legitimate
purpose.

be revised from time to time:

PINE PERKS RUPAY GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Purchaser including Co-Branding arrangements upon purchase
of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card through Pine Labs:
All Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be valid for minimum period of 3(Three) years and shall remain valid till the
date mentioned on the face of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card. The validity of the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card may be
extended, or a replacement card may be issued on expiry, upon request from the Purchaser or the Cardholder subject
to applicable fees and at the discretion of Pine Labs.
The Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of the websites and offline locations which accept RuPay
instruments as and by way of payment. It cannot be used to buy e-gift vouchers available on the Pine Perks app or
website.
Under no circumstances whatsoever, is the return of Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards permitted under this Agreement once
the same have been generated and delivered to the Purchaser.
The Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed/exchanged for its
value in cash by the Cardholder. Cash withdrawal facility is not available on Pine Perks RuPay Gift card.
If the Cardholder information provided by the Purchaser or the Cardholder is found to be incorrect, the Pine Perks
RuPay Gift Card in question is liable to be cancelled and the entire amount forfeited, and no claims in respect
thereof will be entertained.
The Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pine Labs from and against any and all third party
liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of the
breach of these terms and conditions, the negligence or wilful misconduct by the Purchaser, or its employees or
agents.
PINE LABS DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PINE PERKS RUPAY GIFT CARDS,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE PURCHASER AND THE CARDHOLDER'S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE
REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
All fees, surcharges, goods and applicable taxes with respect to Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card shall be borne by the
Purchaser or the Cardholder. Pine Labs shall have no liability towards the same. There may be surcharge applicable
on certain card transactions. In such an event, the same will be deducted from the card balance available in the
Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card at the time of transaction. In case the card balance is not sufficient to provide for the
surcharge the transaction shall be declined.
Any change of Cardholder credentials like mobile number, e-mail, etc. will have to be communicated by the Purchaser
only. The Cardholder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance of cards
by logging in on the Pine Perks Website ( www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.
Pine Labs may, from time to time issue certain special categories of gift cards, which can be accepted only at
specific merchant category outlets.
Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and the decision
of Pine Labs shall be final in this regard. Any disputes and claims in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift Cards
shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, UP.
The Cardholder shall inform Pine Labs, by contacting the Customer Care at 080-69806393 or email at
support@pineperks.in, within 15 ( Fifteen) days of occurrence of any transaction, if any irregularities or
discrepancies exist in such transaction or if such Cardholder has any query or complaint in relation to the
Transaction. If Pine Labs does not receive any information to the contrary within 15 (Fifteen ) days of occurrence
of any Transaction, it shall be entitled to assume and proceed on the basis that the relevant Transaction(s) was
effected without any irregularity/ discrepancy. Subject to the foregoing, all transactions as aforesaid shall be
dealt with in accordance with the Customer Grievance Redressal Policy of Pine Labs which can be accessed at this

PINE PERKS RUPAY PRIME GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Pine Perks RuPay Select card name has been changed to Pine Perks RuPay Prime Card. The following terms and
conditions are applicable to the Purchaser including Co-Branding arrangements upon purchase of the Pine Perks RuPay
Prime Gift Card including Co-Branding arrangements through Pine Labs:
All Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Cards shall be valid for minimum period of 3(Three) years from date of issue and
shall remain valid till the date mentioned on the face of the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Card. The validity of the
Pine Perks RuPay Gift Card may be extended, or a replacement card may be issued on expiry, upon request from the
Purchaser or the Cardholder subject to applicable fees and at the sole discretion of Pine Labs.
The Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift Cards can be redeemed at any of the websites and offline locations which accept
RuPay instruments as and by way of payment. However there are a few merchant categories, as mentioned below, wherein
the Pine Perks RuPay Prime Gift cards cannot be redeemed.

PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE PURCHASER AND THE CARDHOLDER'S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE
REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.

activated. Any change of Cardholder credentials like e-mail if provided will have to be communicated by the
Purchaser only. The Card Holder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance
of cards by logging in on the Pine Perks Website ( www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.
Pine Labs may, from time to time issue certain special categories of e-gift cards, which can be accepted only at
specific merchant categories. Such special category e-gift cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions set
out here.
Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Gift e-Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and the

INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE PURCHASER AND THE CARDHOLDER'S SOLE REMEDY WILL BE THE
REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD.
All fees, surcharges, goods and applicable taxes with respect to Pine Perks RuPay Prime e-Card shall be borne by the
Purchaser or the Cardholder. Pine Labs shall have no liability towards the same. There may be surcharge applicable
on certain card transactions. In such an event, the same will be deducted from the card balance available in the
Pine Perks RuPay Prime e-Card at the time of transaction. In case the card balance is not enough to provide for the
surcharge the transaction shall be declined.
No request for change in mobile number linked to a card will be entertained once the card has been issued and
activated. Any change of Cardholder credentials like e-mail if provided will have to be communicated by the
Purchaser only. The Card Holder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance
of cards by logging in on the Pine Perks Website ( www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.
Pine Labs may, from time to time issue certain special categories of e-gift cards, which can be accepted only at
specific merchant category outlets. Such special category e-gift cards shall be governed by the terms and conditions
set out here.
Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay Prime e-Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and the
decision of Pine Labs shall be final in this regard. Any disputes and claims in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay
Prime e-Cards shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
The Cardholder shall inform Pine Labs, by contacting the Customer Care at 080-69806393 or email at
support@pineperks.in, within 45 (Forty Five) days of occurrence of any transaction, if any irregularities or
discrepancies exist in such transaction or if such Cardholder has any query or complaint in relation to the
Transaction. If Pine Labs does not receive any information to the contrary within 45 (Forty Five) days of occurrence
of any Transaction, it shall be entitled to assume and proceed on the basis that the relevant Transaction(s) was
effected without any irregularity/ discrepancy. Subject to the foregoing, all transactions as aforesaid shall be
dealt with in accordance with the Customer Grievance Redressal Policy of Pine Labs which can be accessed at this

PINE PERKS RUPAY PREMIUM CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Purchaser & Cardholder upon purchase of the Pine Perks
RuPay Premium Card through Pine Labs:
All Pine Perks RuPay Premium Cards shall be valid for period of 5(Five) years and shall remain valid till the date
mentioned on the face of the Pine Perks RuPay Premium Card. The validity of the Pine Perks RuPay Premium Card may be
extended, or a replacement card may be issued on expiry, upon request from the Purchaser or the Cardholder subject
to applicable fees and at the sole discretion of Pine Labs.
The Pine Perks RuPay Premium Cards can be redeemed at any of the websites and offline locations which accept RuPay
instruments as and by way of payments. It cannot be used to buy e-gift vouchers available on the Pine Perks app or
website.
The Pine Perks RuPay Premium Card cannot be resold, transferred for value or redeemed/exchanged for its value in
cash by the Cardholder. Cash withdrawal facility is not available on Pine Perks RuPay Premium Card.
One Pine Perks RuPay Premium card will be issued per Cardholder, identified by unique mobile number.
The Cardholder is required to fill the minimum details which shall necessarily include a mobile number verified with
One Time Pin (OTP) and a self-declaration of name and unique identity / identification number of any 'mandatory
document' or 'officially valid document' (OVD) listed in the Pine Perks website, as amended from time to time.
Activation of the Pine Perks RuPay Premium card can be done either via link sent to the mobile number of the
Cardholder or by registering on www.pineperks.in or Pine Perks Mobile App. Activation of the Pine Perks RuPay
Premium card will be allowed post validating no other similar instrument is issued to the same mobile number.
The amount loaded per Pine Perks RuPay Premium card during any month shall not exceed Rs.10,000 and the total amount
loaded during the financial year shall not exceed Rs.1,20,000. The amount outstanding per Pine Perks RuPay Premium
Card at any point of time shall not exceed Rs.10,000.
If the Cardholder information provided by the Purchaser or the Cardholder is found to be incorrect at any time, the
Pine Perks RuPay Premium Card in question is liable to be cancelled and the entire amount forfeited, and no claims
in respect thereof will be entertained by Pine Labs.
The Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pine Labs from and against any and all third party
liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of the
breach of these terms and conditions, the negligence or wilful misconduct or fraud by the Purchaser, or its
employees or agents.

made inactive after sending a notice to the PPI holder. These can be reactivated only after validation and due
diligence.
Any change of Cardholder credentials like mobile number, e-mail, etc. will have to be communicated by the Purchaser
only. The Cardholder cannot request for any changes directly. Cardholders can check the available balance of cards
by logging in on the Pine Perks Website ( www.pineperks.in) and Pine Perks Mobile App.
Any dispute in relation to the Pine Perks Premium RuPay Cards shall be referred to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and the
decision of Pine Labs shall be final in this regard. Any disputes and claims in relation to the Pine Perks RuPay
Premium Card shall be subject to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

PINE PERKS RUPAY PRIME PREMIUM PLUS CARD (FULL KYC) - PHYSICAL & DIGITAL CARDS
Pine Labs Private Limited (“ Pine Labs”) has been granted an authorization to issue prepaid payment instruments by
the Reserve Bank of India (“ RBI”) under the Master Direction on Prepaid Payment Instruments issued by the RBI as
updated from time to time.
The T&Cs available on www.pineperks.in/termsConditions may be updated from time to time at the sole discretion of
Pine Labs.
The entity who purchases the Card is referred to as the “ Purchaser”. The beneficiary who finally uses the Card is
referred to as the “ Cardholder”.
The following terms and conditions are applicable to the Purchaser and the Cardholder including Co-Branding
arrangements upon purchase of the Card from Pine Labs:
All Cards shall be valid for period of 5 (Five) years and shall remain valid until the date mentioned on the face of

Premium Plus Cards cannot be redeemed. This Card cannot be used to buy e-gift vouchers of various brands available
on the Pine Perks app or website.
The Card cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed/exchanged for its value in cash by the Cardholder.
Cash withdrawal facility is not available on the Card.
One Card will be issued per Cardholder who shall be identified by unique mobile number.
The Cardholder is required to complete the Full KYC process for which the Cardholder is required to have a mobile
number linked Aadhar card and PAN card number. The KYC verification will be done through VCIP (Video Customer
Identification Procedure) as per the guidelines mentioned in the KYC Master Directions issued by the RBI. To
initiate the VCIP, the Cardholder must download Aadhar XML/ZIP which is valid only for 72 (Seventy-Two) hours from
the time of the download. Also, PAN details are required to be provided for PAN fetch and the PAN card should be
present with the user to complete the VCIP process.
VCIP process will be 2 (Two) way with Pine Labs' employees on the other side. Pine Labs will provide facility to
either have real time verification call on successful completion of Aadhar XML and PAN fetch or to schedule the same
later.
Once the VCIP is completed, verification is carried out in the background before approval. Intimation of the
approval is shared with the Cardholder via SMS and email if provided.
The Cardholder's Full KYC Verification can be done either via link sent to the mobile number of the Cardholder or by
registering on www.pineperks.in or Pine Perks Mobile App. Activation of the Card will be allowed post validating the
fact that no other similar instrument has been issued to the same mobile number and successful completion of Full
KYC.
The amount loaded per Card cannot exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh). The amount outstanding per Card at any
point of time shall not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees TwoLakh). Subject to applicable RBI Master Directions, Pine
Labs may set periodic transaction limits to the Card at its sole discretion.
The Card can be closed at any time and the balance funds available in the Card can be transferred ❛back to source❜
(payment source from where the Card was loaded) at the time of closure. The Purchaser should contact his
relationship manager or write to support@pineperks.in to understand the refund process.
The Cardholder can also request to do funds transfer to a beneficiary, please write to support@pineperks.in from you
registered email address with subject line as “Funds transfer to beneficiary” with your registered mobile number to
receive details about the fees, TAT and other details.
If the Cardholder information provided by the Purchaser or the Cardholder is found to be incorrect at any time, the
Card in question is liable to be cancelled and the entire amount forfeited, and no claims in respect thereof will be
entertained by Pine Labs.

THE PRECONDITION THAT THE CARD IS VALID AND HAS NOT BEEN REDEEMED IN FULL.

of issuance of card, to click and enable E-com transactions and set limits.
In case of digital cards, the other terms and conditions remain same, only the e-cards can be redeemed at any of the
websites which accept RuPay instruments as and by way of payment. It cannot be used to buy e-gift vouchers available
on the Pine Perks app or website.

Revalidation & Replacement of Pine Perks Cards: For renewal of the your previous non-Network PPI's issued by Pine

Pine Perks Corporate Rewards Card powered by Pine Labs
It is hereby clarified that the corporate/client is the issuer of reward points and Pine Labs is only managing the
rewards point programme as a program manager and allowing redemption of such rewards points. 1 reward point is
equivalent to Re. 1, unless otherwise specified. The conversion of such rewards points into amounts are based on the
manner conceived by the corporate/client and Pine Labs is not, in any manner, responsible towards such conversion.
This Corporate Rewards card (“ Rewards card”) is powered by Pine Labs Solutions Private Limited (“ Pine Labs”). Pine
Labs is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India.
The Rewards card are powered by Pine Labs on behalf of the corporates/clients who are adopting these Rewards card in
order to give effect to the loading and redemption of the rewards points for their requirements.
Under This Rewards card , the loading Rewards Points will be enabled as under,
Creating end users login credentials (“ Users”) using their email ID's / Mobile # and loading reward points as per
corporate/client request to end user's a/c. This activity can also be managed by corporate/client using Pine Perks
Corporate Panel.
Issuing Reward Codes (“ Rewards Card”)
This Rewards Points are redeemable for gift card of various brands at the designated microsites managed by Pine
Labs. The same shall be informed by the corporate/ client to the designated beneficiaries.
The Reward Point balance will not be redeemed for cash, in full or in part.
To redeem these Reward Points on the designated microsites, enter the 10digit Rewards Card number.
In case the value of the gift card is less than the value of the Rewards Card, the Rewards Card balance can be
utilized for a subsequent purchase within the validity period of the Rewards Card.
Pine Labs will not be responsible in case the card is lost, stolen or used without permission. You are hereby
requested to protect the card numbers to avoid any misuse. In the event the Rewards Card is lost, stolen or used
without permission, it cannot be replaced.
This Rewards Card is valid for such periods as communicated to you by the issuing corporate/client.
The Company shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are created by the Company or its customers/beneficiaries
on the Website and the Rewards Card Pin generated strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or
entity.
Handling charges as applicable.
Card holders of Rewards Cards may be required to add the value stored on such Rewards Card into the User Account as
per the terms of program for the redemption of the Rewards Cards. The loading of the Rewards Card onto the User
Account shall constitute registration of the User.
PineLabs shall honor and consider requests for blocking of Rewards Cards only from users who have registered in
accordance with the terms above or from Corporate/Client who are issuer of such cards
YOUR AGREEMENT WITH PINE PERKS
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time without giving you any prior notice. Your use of the Website
following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified. Any
additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies and other policies applicable in general and/ or to
specific areas of this Website or to particular Service are also considered as Terms.
You acknowledge that you will be bound by this Agreement for availing any of the Services offered by us.
Your access to use of the Website and the Services will be solely at the discretion of Pine Perks.

Your account may be disabled and Services may be terminated based upon the representations made by you. Any of the
following actions may result in termination of Services:
Impersonating another person or entity with the effect of misleading users about the identity of the creator of
content (including misleading account user names, voices and sounds used in broadcasts, and account profile
information);
Impersonating the Services or a Pine Perks Team member;
Representing that content you post or transmit through the Services is created or endorsed by us;
Providing or sending any content which may be harmful or detrimental to Pine Perks or its business associates, or
which violates any restriction or policy established by Pine Perks or its business associates;
Submission of any content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by us;
Falsification or deletion of any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or
labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is posted;
Putting on Pine Perks' system any content that contains software viruses, trojan horses or any other computer code,
files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of any computer software or hardware or
telecommunications equipment;
Manipulating Service identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted via the Services;
Collecting or storing personal data about other users;
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobeying any
requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
Using any robot, spider, website search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of
the Service or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose; or
Creating user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretences.
SEVERABILITY

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Except as otherwise described, all content availed by the use of this Website/interface are made available only to
facilitate the users. Pine Perks controls and operates the Website and Services and makes no representation that the
contents and Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use the Services from a
location other than the location where the Website and Services are controlled and operated, you are responsible for
compliance with applicable local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes relating
